What do you look for in a collection of games?  We believe you want the most bang for your buck (i.e. lots of games), but you also want all the games to be worth playing.  Too often these days you find collections with what seems like an extraordinary number of games, yet these games are of questionable quality, or they are "recycled" games that have been previously released.  Even worse, they claim that a game that is duplicated with, for instance, a different color deck of cards qualifies as a separate game!  At funesse Games, we are more interested in quality than quantity. All six games here are thoughtfully designed and carefully constructed.  They give you that intense break you are looking for!

You also want competition when playing against either the computer or others.  The games in The Ultimate Dice Collection are all single player games, but the Statistics panel will allow you to compete against other players through score comparison.

So exactly what does The Ultimate Dice Collection contain?  The short answer is: a lot of fun, but we can be more specific.  Do you like the classic game of Yahtzee^TM?  So do we, but we did NOT put a Yahtzee knockoff in the collection.  There are several good versions of it out in cyberspace.  Instead, we made a better game than Yahtzee with some of its characteristics.  Play Dice Matrix and see for yourself.

Do you like playing solitaire?  Once again, so do we, so we made Dice Descent, which plays much like a solitaire game.  Be careful though, because this game is hard to stop playing!  Don't play it first, or you may not get to any of the other 5 games.

Do you like puzzles?  We hear you.  Dice Tangle is perfect for those who enjoy a real mental test.  It's simple: just move the 25 dice on the right side of the board to match the 25 on the left. Two different modes double the challenge.  Dice Rift is another puzzle game that will test your brainpower and patience.  Simply lay out the dice so that no colors or values touch. It's easy ;>

Want a relaxing dice rolling game that is also thought-provoking? Try Unique Dice, a game with more strategy than is first apparent.  A perfect score is tough to get.  Last but certainly not least is Dice Slide, a game that takes just a minute to learn the basics, but quite a while to master.  Remove sets of three like dice, and with a bit of luck, you'll attain the high score.

So which game in the collection will you enjoy the most?  Well, there is only one way to find out -- try them!
